History of Decoupage with a Confetti Coaster

Join us as we learn about the history of decoupage art and apply these skills to create a custom ?confetti? coaster.
Patrons will use their new knowledge of decoupage to create their own coaster. The craft will incorporate cutting and gluing skills, as well as allow for individual artistic expression in the arrangement of tissue paper. Recommended for teens ages 13 - 17. Registration recommended.

The Upper Tampa Bay Regional Public Library was dedicated and opened to the public on January 8, 2005. Renamed in 2017 as the Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library, the 26,000 square foot facility offers a full range of services including books, magazines, DVDs, music, Internet access, a variety of programs and activities for children and adults, a large community room for meetings, and a beautiful gazebo.
